Shipping and Return Policy

Return and Exchanges can be made at Europe Bound - 47 Front St East, Toronto, Ontario M5E 1B3.

Items purchased through our webstore can be exchanged up to 30 days of receipt for a full refund as long as the item is in unused condition and has the original packaging.

Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel within Canada.

Shipping within Canada

Orders are sent via Expedited Parcel Post unless otherwise specified. Orders are insured in case of damage or loss. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. Most orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario and take one to two business days to process, in addition to the delivery times shown. Isolated and rural areas may take longer.

Taxes

If an order is shipped to the following provinces or territories, Europe Bound must collect the applicable taxes as described:

• British Columbia (BC) – 12% HST on merchandise and freight
• Alberta (AB) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Saskatchewan (SK) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Manitoba (MB) – 7% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Ontario (ON) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight
• Quebec (QC) – 8.5% PST on the total of the merchandise and freight plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• New Brunswick (NB) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight
• Nova Scotia (NS) – 15% HST on merchandise and freight
• Prince Edward Island (PE) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Newfoundland (NL) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight
• Northwest Territories (NT) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Yukon (YT) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Nunavut (NU) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight

Canadian taxes are not collected on orders shipped outside of Canada. However, orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. These fees are collected by the carrier or brokerage company and members are responsible for paying them. Europe Bound is unable to give estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping to the USA

Orders sent to the USA are shipped by Xpresspost. Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

Europe Bound is unable to provide estimates for customs fees. Check with your local customs office for more information.

International Shipping

Orders going to international destinations are shipped by air mail. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

Warranty

All the products we sell have a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Since no product is indestructable our warranty does not cover defects attributed to or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse or alteration (i.e. UV damage to tents, exhausted zippers). If your product needs repair or service that is not covered under warranty we will provide the necessary service at a reasonable charge. All warranty items can be sent back to Europe Bound - 47 Front St East, Toronto, ON  M5E 1B3

Note: There may be a charge for shipping on products that need to be returned to the supplier for warranty issues.
